Classification

Detection
Detection mode detects a defective area in the image as a rectangle.
Segmentation
Segmentation mode detects a defective area in the image in pixels.
OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
OCR mode detects and recognizes a character string in the image.
Image Generation
Image Generation mode generates a defect image similar to the real one.
