Engine으로 부터 받은 contour에 대한 정보를 Contour 형태로 값을 가져온다

Parameters

int	nContours	검출된 영역을 표현하는 contour의 개수입니다.
IntPtr	nPointsOnContour	각 contour를 구성하는 점의 개수입니다.
IntPtr	pointsOnContour	각 contour를 구성하는 점을 contour 순서대로 담은 배열입니다. {x1, y1, x2, y2, … }와 같은 식으로 구성되어 있습니다.
