검사에서 제외할 문자(OCR's excluded characters)를 설정합니다.

제외된 문자는 OCR 검사에서 검출되지 않습니다. 이 함수가 호출되면 미리 설정되어 있던 설정은 초기화 됩니다.

handle	ocr file handler
nCharsToExclude	number of characters to exclude
charsToExclude	memory address holding characters to exclude
writeOnModelFile	overwrite on model file or not
