Detailed Description

If the size(width or height) of image is larger than 'max-inspection-size', image is resized to 'max-inspection-size' while maintaining w-h ratio.
ex) max-inspection-size: 1000 x 2000, image size: 1200 x 1800
-> image is resized to 1000 x 1500
When the size of image to inspect is different from training, this size should be manually set to get reasonable performance by SR_SetSegTestMaxInspectionSize etc.
